By the end of your first week, you should be familiar with our communication/production platforms — mainly Slack, Notion, Wordpress (depending on your role), Zoom, and Email — and assigned your first article or project (depending on your role).
You’re already doing better than many politicians’ first 100 days in office. Congratulations! Be excited to experience long lasting connections, innovation, and excitement!
Each month, like your first, there will be at least one meeting with your team. If you are a writer, start getting ideas for your next article (yes, you read that right: you choose your topics). Also, take this time to reflect on what your team’s workflow is like, and suggest amendments to said workflow. If something works for you and not someone else, we will work around that.
