General Principles

As of right now, we function as an unincorporated association, which means that 100% of our funds are put back into our basic expenses (website fees, technology fees, etc.). On a fundamental principle, we DO NOT divert funds donated to us as income.

Any surplus funds generated from donations to our association are kept in trust of future expense by the organization, or partially donated to a charity of the members’ choices. To ensure transparency, we will publish a financial report at the end of every quarter here: ‣.

If there are any questions/concerns at all, feel free to contact the Treasurer/VP Finance. Any further changes or processes regarding organizational finances will be communicated to members in advance.
